Tyler Trippel Ashtin Mason
I want to be a BPA State Officer for a few reasons: 1) I would like the opportunity to take my leadership skills to another level; 2) It would be an honor to serve all the fantastic individuals that make up our Ohio BPA Chapter; and 3) I would like to set some things in motion that would make BPA even greater than it was last year, including giving back to our communities. Ohio, I hope you will grant me the opportunity of a lifetime and allow me to serve you the best I can. I want to be a state officer because I want to spread the word about what Business Professionals of America can do for our students, therefore, giving students the ability to better prepare themselves for the workforce.
Cassandra Spatz Tim Ellison
I would like to be a Business Professionals of America state officer because I believe that I have the leadership it takes to make a significant contribution. I am extremely passionate about my future and know that I will represent the Business Professionals of America and my peer group in a way that will make them proud. Achieving the position of state officer will allow me the opportunity to demonstrate my management skills, ability to lead others, dedication and determination. What does it take to be a State Officer? It takes leadership, teamwork, mental drive and stamina. I have acquired all these skills and more through participating in four years of Cross Country and Track, and will apply it to everything I do as your Ohio State Officer.
Jocelyn Petron Christina Green
After serving a year as the Ohio Association State Secretary, I am excited to serve my great state for another year. I plan to use all I have learned the past three years as a member of Business Professionals of America to better the state officer team and out state organization. I want to serve again because I am so grateful for this past year and I want to continue to give back to my fellow members. My leadership skills have increased greatly and I will help lead Ohio successfully if I am given the opportunity to serve another term. It has been an honor and privilege to serve as a State Officer of the Ohio Association. The opportunities I have been awarded through Business Professionals of America have set me a part as I have made my way through high school. As a senior and four year member of BPA, it is my responsibility and mission to help build a strong foundation for the future leaders of our organization. As a state officer, I want to inspire others to take advantage of the opportunities, while continuing to create the overall experience for the members of Business Professionals of America.
Elizabeth Casto Edmund Trumble
Over the past year, BPA has made a dynamic impression on me. It has truly changed my life for the better, and this year, I will once again bring my improved writing skills and creative thinking into the symbolic song BPA has been singing to its members. I promise to work even harder to raise memberships, torch award participants, and funds for the special events, all while easing the communication with associates of all regions. Ohio BPA, allow me to give back and continue working hard for the organization that is the music to my life. Business Professionals of America has provided me with numerous opportunities to enhance my confidence, professionalism, and my leadership abilities through teamwork and competitions. I believe that I am qualified for a position as an Ohio Association officer since I am a team player that is willing to assist members and officers to get the job done. I am passionately committed to complete any task set before me with excellence, which will help me stand out as a leader for the State Association.
Brian Rosfelder Shelby Engle
Being a state officer would just enable me the opportunity to give back to the members of BPA. After attending National Conference last year, I was inspired by the unique and amazing experience. Being able to be a part of creating that same experience for this year’s BPA members would be absolutely incredible. Becoming a state officer has been a dream of mine for the past two years. I feel that this year my qualifications would be a valuable asset to the Ohio Association. Participating in Business Professionals of America, my leadership and communication skills have increased and I have grown into a successful individual with a career focus. As a state officer, I would bring many positive attributes to the table such as team work, motivator, along with being a quick learner.
Seth Spicer Garrett Schock
Becoming a state officer would be an honor. With dignity, I will assume this great responsibility. As an officer, my job will be to help make our organization grow and thrive. My goal will be to help each of our Ohio BPA members reach their full potential. As my hero Steve Jobs once said, “Innovation distinguishes between a leader and a follower.” I am that leader. Let’s “Reach New Heights” Ohio BPA!

Being a state officer is an excellent opportunity to make a difference in a terrific organization. I would bring leadership experience from many activities. In the various sports I play, I have either been designated a captain or taken a leadership role on my own. I can use this experience to help improve BPA and bring our state together to help reach new heights. It is an honor to be considered for this position.

As a Business Professionals of America state officer I will contribute my leadership experience and excitement for our organization. I have been active in BPA for three years and would like to further my involvement as a leader for the State Association. Being involved in BPA, I have found that I enjoy working with service projects, and participating in the torch awards program at the local, state and national levels. If elected as a state office I would encourage involvement in the torch program and charitable activities. I have a passion for BPA. I have witnessed success of past members who have prospered from opportunities provided through BPA. My desire is to gain the most from my BPA experience as well as use my past leadership roles to be an asset to the Ohio Association State Officer Team. Through being involved in a variety of organizations, I have learned leadership skills including listening, involving all members, setting a good example, and being loyal. I look forward to working with members to set and achieve new goals in order to continue to provide great opportunities to the members.

I wish to be a state officer because I believe I have the drive and determination to better this organization, to help build a positive image of BPA. I wish to expand BPA to show more students the advantages of being a part of this organization. Finally, I want to represent our state’s BPA at the NLC.
